Samyang AF 18mm F2.8 FE Released

The business of making E-Mount lenses are seen heating up of late with third party lens maker like Samyang has been ramping up its design, and today, the release of Samyang AF18mm F2.8 FE Super Wide Angle lens.

With its innovation in size, the new lens only weighs 145g (without the hood and cap), which makes it the lightest and smallest 18mm ultra-wide-angle autofocus lens with a full-frame angle of view of 100˚ for E-mount mirrorless camera in the market today.

The AF18mm is constructed with 9 elements in 8 groups composition, the 8 combination lenses (3 ASP lenses, 2 HR lenses, 3 ED lenses) create results with incredible sharpness, low chromatic aberration and minimal distortion. This delivers unmatched resolution and colour for any landscape, interior and astrophotography. The AF 18mm F2.8 FE lens utilizes Linear STM for fast and accurate focusing, which helps the user capture golden moments effortlessly.
