1. Eligibility:
The competition is open to all who are residing in Malaysia with a valid Malaysia mailing address. The photo submitted must be taken with a camera (compact, DSLR, drone). Smartphone photography is not eligible. The organiser, co-organisers, participating partners and family members are not eligible to enter the contest.

2. Competition Period:
Entries will be accepted online starting on 15 Oct 2023 at 00:00 AM and ending 15th Dec 2023 at 11:59 PM.

3. How to Enter:
Phase 1:
All participants are to showcase their photos on their respective Instagram or Facebook (set to global view), and MUST carry the following tags to ensure we are notified of your initial participation.

Phase 2:
The organiser will shortlist the eligible entries and inform the participant to submit the original photo (without any watermark) using the online form provided on the microsite. The entry must fulfil all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the organiser. You must provide the information requested. Each participant can submit a maximum of three (3) photos in each category, However, the winning participants can only win one prize in each category.

4. Prize:
The Winner of the Campaign (the “Winner”) will receive a cash and cash voucher worth in total. No other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the organiser’s discretion. Cash Voucher is only valid in exchange for goods and services at Artishutter @ JIOSPACE. The cash/cash voucher is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner. No substitution of the prize or transfer/assignment of the prize to others is permitted. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for JIOSPACE to use the Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

5. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected by a panel of judges under the supervision of the organiser. 

6. Rights Granted by You:
By entering this content (e.g., photo, video, text, etc.), You understand and agree that the organiser shall have the right to publish, broadcast, distribute, and use without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent. By entering this contest, you represent and warrant that your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights.

7. By entering the contest, you, the Contestant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Official Rules.
